How does it work?
Each week (Monday - Sunday) you automatically be assigned a Weekly Level of either Gold, Silver or Bronze based on your previous week. Each job that you complete will earn you 10 points towards your weekly total.

Being a Gold drivers means you see prebook offers first. Not only are they worth 45% more per trip, but Gold drivers do 3x more Prebooks than other drivers! Gold Driver = Better Offers = More Money!
Loyalty Levels
Your loyalty level is measured ever week between Monday 00:01 to Sunday 23:59
GOLD = 70+ trips
SILVER = 45-69 trips
BRONZE = 20-44 trips

Do I have to enroll in the loyalty programme?
No. Every driver completing jobs using the Freenow app is automatically enrolled in the loyalty programme, and can avail from loyalty rewards based on how many trips they have completed on the previous week.
How is my loyalty level calculated?
Your Loyalty Level is based on your previous week's work ONLY (from Monday to Sunday). So your Weekly Level from the previous week will be your Average Level for the following week. Your new Loyalty Level will come into effect at the beginning of each week i.e. Monday morning at 12:01am.
If you completed 70 or more jobs the previous week via Freenow, you will have Gold Status for this week.
You can check how you’ve done in the last 4 weeks in the Freenow app, by clicking on ‘Learn More’ in the Loyalty Points section in the Driver App home screen. On the next screen, then click on “See weekly scores” (near the top).
How do I check my points / check my loyalty level for the week?
On the home screen of the Freenow driver app you will be able to see how many points you have earned that week. You will also be able to see your current level based on the colour of the border line shown beneath your weekly score.
What does prebook advantage mean?
Depending on your loyalty level, you will receive a time advantage for prebook jobs. This means that you will be able to see and choose prebooks on the feed before other Freenow drivers on lower Loyalty Levels. This will be key for getting those all-important airport jobs, and other prebooks - bearing in mind that prebooks are typically worth 45% more than other jobs.
How do I earn up to €200 in Circle K vouchers?
During September & October 2022, any driver who earns Gold or Silver Loyalty Level in any 6 out of 8 weeks in September and October will earn a Circle K voucher worth up to €200.
- Gold Ambassador - Win a €200 voucher for hitting Gold in any 6 out of 8 weeks. Gold means you did 70 or more jobs the previous week.
- Silver Ambassador - Win €100.
- Gold Non-Ambassador - Win €100.
- Silver Non-Ambassador - Win €50.

Earn 1 Circle K voucher for hitting Gold or Silver in any 6 out 8 weeks (from September to October). You'll be contacted in November to confirm your postal address if you met the criteria and your voucher will be posted to you.
What discounts are available for Freenow drivers in Circle K?
Once you are registered with Circle K ‘Play or Park’ member, use your Circle K game tag or app when paying for fuel, car washes or other products in-store to get some great savings, including:
- 4c off a litre of diesel or petrol
- 50% off car washes
- 20% off coffee
- 10% off fresh food
These offers are available nationwide in over 300 Circle K service stations / stores.

How do I avail of the Circle K fuel and car wash discounts?
If you are already a registered Circle K ‘Play or Park’ member, all you need to do is to contact their Customer Care Team on 01 202 8888 between 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday, and select Option 3 - or email support@playorpark.ie, and provide your taxi licence number. You'll then be added to the discount group.
If you are not currently a Circle K ‘Play or Park’ member, you need to sign up by downloading the Circle K app or using a paper form in any Circle K store. Then, Customer Care Team on 01 202 8888 between 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday, and select Option 3 or email support@playorpark.ie, and provide your taxi licence number to be added to the Freenow discount group.
What are cancellation fees (aka scrubs)? How do I get them?
If your passenger cancels too late or doesn't show up within 5 minutes, you may be eligible for a Cancellation Fee. Any eligible Scrub payment will be paid automatically in your next Payment, and shown on your Invoice.
How much are they?
€5 for adhoc/instant jobs & short prebooks (booked less than 2 hours in advance), or €10 for long prebooks (booked more than 2 hours in advance).
Criteria - These fees are paid on the following grounds only:
Where the Driver cancels…
- Driver arrives at the pickup location (or within 200 metres) AND
- Driver waits at least 5 minutes after arrival (for prebooks, the pick up time applies) AND
- Driver attempts to phone the customer AND
- Passenger is not available.
Please note that the cancellation reasons ‘Reason not listed’ or ‘Picked up wrong passenger’ are not eligible criteria for Scrubs.
Where the Passengers cancels…
- Driver has arrived, is within 200 metres of the pickup location and passenger cancels after 5 minutes OR
- Driver has travelled at least 10 minutes or 5km when the passenger cancels OR
- Passenger cancels prebook within 30 minutes of the prebook pick up time and driver is already on his way (provided the driver accepted the prebook at least 30 minutes in advance).
